Western blot analysis of lysates from A549 cells, untreated (-), transfected with 100 nM SignalSilence ® Control siRNA (Unconjugated) #6568 (-), SignalSilence ® ISG15 siRNA I #12557 (+), or SignalSilence ® ISG15 siRNA II (+), followed by treatment with Human Interferon-α1 (hIFN-α1) #8927 (40 ng/ml, 24 hr; +), using ISG15 (22D2) Rabbit mAb #2758 (upper) or β-Actin (D6A8) Rabbit mAb #8457 (lower).
